 Our mission is to serve every customer as we would want to be served – with courteous treatment, expert advice, and quality products. Your satisfaction is our goal. Owner: Joel Wolfram- A.K.A " Wolfie" has been in the automotive industry for 17 years. He started out as a Tow Truck operator transporting cars across the country. This led to him meeting Hot Rod owners, Race Car enthusiast, Car Builders and so much more. Later on he became a salesman for a large distributor of Truck, Off-Road, High Performance, Rv/Towing parts & Supplies. After a few years of traveling Wolfie opened up his shop and is now dedicated to keeping his new or current customers satisfied. Owner Joel has also introduced all three of his boys into the world of racing. His two youngest race Quarter Midgets and oldest son helps work on the cars. Wolfram Motorsports is a division of Wolfie's Performance and supplies parts & gear to local racing teams across New England. Return Policy

 Under no circumstance will a credit be issued at the time of collecting the Wolfie's Performance Returns Good Authorization (RGA). All products must be returned to Wolfie's Performance and inspected before a Credit can be issued. No returns will be allowed on  add to stocks, special orders, discontinued items, painted products, and all items systematically designated as non-returnable. Pay particularly close attention to order details at the time of delivery to ensure an accurate shipment. Follow instructions and warnings on packaging. Pay attention to the label on the box before opening ensuring it matches the vehicle you are fitting. Opened boxes are not encouraged to be returned – you will be responsible for repackaging it to the same standard it was received. Poorly repackaged products are highly likely to be damaged during the return and thus credit denied. Customers are reminded to unpack, dry fit and examine all parts before installation.
 

 Wolfie's Performance RGA Conditions:

  • Good Returns: The Item has been purchased from Wolfie's Performance within the past 30 days and the original invoice number is provided.
  • Defective Returns: The item has not exceeded Manufacturer warranty period.
  • The official Wolfie's RGA Form is accurately completed, submitted and approved by the Wolfie's Returns Department.
  • Full explanation is disclosed for the return(s) / prospective warranty problem.
  • The return(s) matches the part and description given on the RGA.

Wolfie's Performance reserves the right to refuse credit per, but not limited to, the following conditions:

  • The Item is returned for a non-warrantable reason.
  • The Item is not as described on the RGA.
  • The Manufacturer requires that you deal directly with them regarding defective items.
  • The Manufacturer's Warranty policy takes precedent on issuing of credits. Credit then will be issued upon the Manufacturer’s approval and will include applicable return shipping charges. No credit will be issued for labor expenses incurred. Other Manufacturer related fees may apply.
  • Returns sent back for missing a secondary component or install kit. These will be handled by the Manufacturer in the field and/or Wolfie's Performance will act as a liaison to provide the absent pieces.
